The North Queensland Skin Centre is recognized internationally as a leader for research into early skin cancer and melanoma detection.

We currently lead research in Australia in several fields such as artificial intelligence detection of skin cancers, and ultra high resolution imaging.

Our purpose is to provide a high level of clinical care, using the latest advances in skin cancer screening, detection and management.

We work in collaboration with a wide range of local GPs, specialists, local and international universities and international research groups, and use both proven and newly emerging technology to improve care.
